TO TREAT SCARS THE SIMPLE WAY In microneedling so far our successful Dermaroller models MF8 for extended scar formations and the MS4 for more narrow acne scars and striae have performed extremely well. But we had a technical gap to treat isolated and difficult accessible scars (e.g. chickenpox scars, etc.). With our latest development the DERMA-STAMP we could fill in the blank.
The advantages of this little but extremely useful tool are obvious:• Easy approach toareas that are difficult to access • Extremely fast treatment time with lasting results • Low cost • No social down time • No post-op pain The DermaStamp is a SINGLE USE surgical instrument, possibly one of the smallest ever invented. The average rate of atrophic scar improvement is 75%. The surgical stainless steel needles have a diameter of only 0.12 mm at a length of 2.0 mm (depending on desired therapy, smaller version down to 0.1 mm needle length are available in special request). The needle sharpness and needle arrangement guarantee easy pricking with minimal penetration forces <50 grams. The DermaStamp is only available to licensed skin professionals. International patents pending.
(We desist from showing pictures of the instrument since copy pirates are waiting to copy us again, as it happened so many times with the original Dermaroller before. Your dermatologist will show you the little instrument).
The procedure in the case below was performed in 2 minutes. No anesthetics were used. The scar and its edges were punctured about 20 times with little visible petechiae formation. The scar was cleaned with sterile saline solution. NO further wound dressing was applied. The after picture was made exactly 1 month later. We judge the improvement with 75%. Only one more procedure will be considered to achieve about 90%+ improvement.

The AFTER picture clearly demonstrates the improved scar that was filled with a new collagen formation and new capillaries by angiogenesis that has harmonized the pigmentation of the previous red scar edges with the surrounding skin.
If anaesthetization is requested it can be done in 3 ways: • Numbing cream (becomes effective after 30 minutes and more) • Injection of an anaesthetic (effective within 2 minutes) • Ice spray (effective immediatetly, but danger of frostbite) ![]() 1 treatment after 2 months
![]() 1 treatment after 2 months
Dependent on the scar formation 2 to 3 treatments at the most may be required
